Hopes Helping Hands 2 LLC is completing the first building on the future community campus in Laurel, Delaware — a campus designed to bring mental health care, family support, community services, and ministry outreach together in one place.

Phase 1 is underway, and we are now $100,000 away from completing the first building that will house our mental health practice. This page allows individuals, families, churches, and businesses to pledge support or make a voluntary contribution toward Phase 1.

What We’ve Already Accomplished:

1. Purchased the Laurel, DE property

2. Completed the official site review with the Town of Laurel

3. Plumbing permit approved

4. Building permit approved

Phase 1 construction has already started. Infrastructure work is underway, and visible progress is happening on site.

What Your Support Helps Complete.

Phase 1 includes: Final construction and interior completion. Safety, accessibility, and compliance requirements. Utilities and infrastructure. Client‑ready therapy rooms and service spaces. This building is the foundation for everything that will follow on the campus.The Future Campus: While Phase 1 focuses on the mental health center, the long‑term campus plan includes:A daycare to support working families. A home for at‑risk foster families. A community food distribution program. Future nonprofit services through Hopes Foundation. Ministry, outreach, and community care through One Way Apostolic Ministries. These will be developed in later phases. Phase 1 must be completed first.
